TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our full company name is SPACE BRENTWOOD (referred to in these terms as SPACE, we, us or our).

By booking a session and confirming payment it is agreed the participant understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and us, and govern your use of the Services.

BOOKING

  • All of the Classes we offer are the duration advertised on the website/schedule.

  • Classes must be paid for in advance via the website or app.

  • You can purchase blocks or individual classes from our Website or via our app on Gymcatch. We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time at our discretion.

  • All charges are non-refundable.

  • All Blocks are charged and activated immediately on the date of purchase, meaning they commence from that date. You may not transfer blocks to another user.

  • All classes are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. A full 24 hours notice is needed for credits.

  • A Member may only book or reschedule sessions for themselves, with any such booking or rescheduling being done via the booking facility on the Website or the App.

CLASSES

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if a participant is late and we deem it not to be safe to participate. First timers must arrive to class at least 10 minutes before their session for an induction on the equipment. If the safety introduction is missed the instructor may deem it unsafe for the client to attend the session, they will be classed as late and the class will be lost.

  • Grip socks must be worn in class for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • You are required to follow the instruction of instructors at all times during a session. Our instructors reserve the right to ask you to leave the session if you are deemed to not be attempting to follow their instructions or acting in an unsafe manner.

  • Mobile phones may be brought into the studio but must not be used during the class, our equipment requires full concentration to operate in a safe way.

  • Photography may be used in class for use on our website and social media, please make reception aware before class if you don’t want your picture taken.

  • If you are under 16 you are not able to attend classes. 

MEDICAL

  • You must, at the time of registering and whenever using our facilities and services, be in good health and have no impairment, injury, disease or ailment preventing you from engaging in active or passive exercise or which would cause increased risk of injury or adverse health consequences as a result of use of our facilities or Services. It is your responsibility to inform our instructors of any issues which could impact on your ability to safely undertake our classes.

  • You acknowledge that our Classes involve intense physical exercise and you accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are able to participate in each session. If you have any injury that may prevent full participation you should discuss this with the instructor before the session begins. Any advice from our instructors does not constitute medical advice, and we strongly recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class if you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing.

  • Any Member who is pregnant must consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class.

  • Any Member who suffers an accident or injury at the venue must immediately report such accident or injury, and the circumstances in which it occurred, to a staff member at the Studio.

  • SPACE accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or for injury to any person in or outside the SPACE, except where liability for any such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

  • Use of the Studio's facilities and equipment and their participation in sessions offered by the SPACE, each Member hereby waives and releases the SPACE from any and all responsibility or liability for loss, damage or injury resulting from their participation in any session offered by SPACE or from their use of the Studio's facilities, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligent act or omission of SPACE.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Personal belongings are brought to the Studio entirely at the Member’s own risk and the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to any such items.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All classes are copyrighted and all intellectual property is owned by SPACE BRENTWOOD.
