Our Classes
LAUNCH 50
All new customers must participate in at least one LAUNCH class before taking any other class. This is our 50 minute signature class stripped back, focusing on the main Pilates principles and concentrating on form and alignment, preparing you for any class with us.
Once you’ve completed your first LAUNCH class you can then attend all other classes. Existing customers are welcome to any LAUNCH class.
LAUNCH 50 is suitable for all abilities, our classes are not suitable for rehabilitation. If you are interested in exercise for rehabilitation please drop us an email to book a 1-2-1 class.
SPACE 50
Our 50 minute signature class designed with various components to give you the ultimate SPACE experience. Mixing in our favourite exercise styles making it a unique take on Reformer Pilates. Powered by our high energy instructors who will guide you through this class ensuring you leave feeling worked and wanting to come back for more!

SPACE 35
Short on time? This class incorporates the same movements as our core class but delivered at a faster pace. The music is cranked up a notch and the vibe is electric. Our 35 minute burner class will push you to the limit.
